Job summary

A leading software company in Greater London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage a high-impact, autonomous role for a 15-month maternity cover. This position requires strong HR generalist skills and expertise in UK employment law alongside excellent stakeholder management capabilities. You will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Team to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the company’s culture and people strategy. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR as a generalist, ideally at Manager or Business Partner level.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Experience in small to medium-sized organisations.

  • Work directly with the leadership team on people strategy.
  • Influence the company's culture through HR practices.

About the Role

Antal is proud to partner with a leading software company in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to cover a 15-month maternity leave. This is a standalone, high-impact position reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team.

About You

You’ll be a proactive, adaptable HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and making a measurable impact.

Essential :
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
  • Senior HR generalist experience at Manager or Business Partner level
  • Background in small to medium-sized organisations
  • Proven ability to work independently and partner with senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and contemporary HR practice
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a data-driven approach
  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities
