A growing financial services business in London is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to support organisational change. This fractional role (3 days per week) involves leading HR transformation initiatives and acting as a bridge between HR and operational leadership. Ideal candidates are experienced HR Directors with a proven track record in HR transformation and strong strategic capabilities. The role includes optimizing processes and providing strategic workforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience as a HR Director or Senior HR Leader with involvement in transformative change.
Proven background in HR Transformation, Organisational Design, or People & Change Consulting.
Strong capability in TOM design and HR process improvement.
Responsabilités
Lead HR Target Operating Model improvements and refine processes.
Act as the liaison between HR and the COO.
Develop strategic workforce solutions and translate requirements into HR frameworks.
