Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Milton Keynes. You will manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training.   • Oversee leaver procedures and compliance.

Full time, Permanent Milton Keynes Competitive Ref No: IPRS7314 Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be working with a small but friendly and well-established HR team looking after around 500 employees including the head office team and also field based employees. You will work across a full range of HR matters offering full support to the HR Manager in the running of all day-to-day general aspects of HR and all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:

  • Recruitment including Job descriptions, interviewing
  • Onboarding and Induction
  • Absence management
  • Performance management
  • Employee relations
  • Leaver procedures including exit interviews
  • Training administration and running HR topic workshops
  • Benefits and rewards
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • Compliance
  • Data analysis

Skills, Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to converse at all levels, written & verbally
  • Experience of working in a similar role within an HR department
  • Solid Microsoft package skills
