A leading HR consultancy in Leeds is seeking a proactive HR Consultant to support a portfolio of SME clients with employee relations and HR advice. Responsibilities include managing HR caseloads, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with employment law. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, is highly organised, and possesses strong commercial awareness. This role offers hybrid working, a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000, and a performance-related bonus scheme.
