We're hiring in Ashford! Join our high-performing team covering clients and candidates across Kent and Essex, specialising in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Industrial recruitment.

What you'll be doing:
- 360 recruitment across temp and perm roles
- Winning new business through sales and lead generation
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
- Covering clients and roles across Kent and Essex
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency preferred)
- Strong business development and sales ability
- Sector experience in Driving, Manufacturing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment
- Excellent communication and account management skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
