Richmond Hill Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Operations Manager (Administration & HR). This role is of great importance to our work as an academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that comprehensive administrative and HR support is provided across Richmond Hill Academy.

Potential applicants should ideally have:
  • GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Previous experience in a school or academy setting is desirable, or a minimum of two years in a fast‑paced office environment.
