Based in Welshpool, this role will see you managing our Perth clients while also supporting recruitment needs across other states. You can expect variety, a busy environment, and a supportive team that values your contribution.

• Developing and delivering recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
• Advertising, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates
• Collaborating with consultants and account managers across the business
• Onboarding candidates through our CRM
• Filling job orders and managing candidate pipelines
• Maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships
• Conducting site visits and delivering toolbox talks
• General administrative and database management tasks

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in blue-collar labour hire recruitment
• Can make sound decisions quickly and confidently
• Pays strong attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
• Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills
• Thrives in a team environment and enjoys building positive relationships
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a strong drive to achieve results
• Has a good sense of humour and enjoys a lively, collaborative workplace
