Job summary

A global Engineering & Manufacturing leader is seeking an HR Administrator based in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across various HR tasks including Payroll and Recruitment. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. This role offers a salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and company pension contributions of up to 8%.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks and communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on HR tasks such as Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • Ensure HR systems are updated accurately and timely.
  • Manage the safe collection and usage of files and data.
  • Support other HR team members as needed.

HR Administrator required for a global Engineering & Manufacturing leader, with multiple international locations employing over 1,000 staff, renowned for quality and innovative deliverables.

The successful HR Administrator will be able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns and cities including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on a multitude of HR tasks such as Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding and Data Collection to name a few
  • Ensure HR systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage the safe collection and usage of files and data
  • Support other members of the HR team where needed
Candidate qualifications
  • Experience in HR or general Administration within a fast-paced environment, ideally in Manufacturing or FMCG
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on a diverse range of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with various levels of stakeholders
Salary & Benefits
  • £26,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 37.5 Hours per week
  • 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Company pension contributions of up to 8%
