Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Administrator to provide support on various HR tasks including Payroll and Recruitment. The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in HR or Administration, preferably within Manufacturing. Located in Huddersfield, this position offers a salary between £26,000 and £30,000, alongside 25 days of annual leave and a company pension scheme. Candidates should be confident communicators at various levels.

Overview

HR Administrator required for a global Engineering & Manufacturing leader, with multiple international locations employing over 1,000 staff, renowned for quality and innovative deliverables.


The successful HR Administrator will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns and cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support on a multitude of HR tasks such as Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding and Data Collection to name a few

  • Ensure HR systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner

  • Manage the safe collection and usage of files and data

  • Support other members of the HR team where needed


Qualifications


  • Experience in HR or general Administration within a fast-paced environment, ideally in Manufacturing or FMCG

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on a diverse range of tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with various levels of stakeholders


Salary & Benefits


  • 26,000 to 30,000 per annum depending on experience

  • 37.5 Hours per week

  • 25 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

  • Company pension contributions of up to 8%
