A leading NHS trust in Ipswich is seeking a Recruitment Officer to provide vital administrative support throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, alongside experience in office duties. Responsibilities include processing recruitment activities and assisting with onboarding. Are you looking for a fast paced and rewarding role? We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to provide administration support to our Recruitment Partners. You will support the recruitment function in all aspects of the recruitment journey from advert to commencement. You should be able to work on your own initiative and will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience in general office/administrative duties with frontline reception experience, high level of attention to detail, a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office.
The role will be at our Ipswich Hospital site, the office is open 8am – 5pm and you will be required to work with colleagues to ensure there is adequate cover for this period. You may be required to work at our other office locations in Ipswich & Colchester as and when required. Please note internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
