A leading home builder is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join their team in Wakefield. Your role will involve managing the employee life cycle and supporting the HR team. We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Administrator to join our fantastic team. The role can be based at any of our regional offices, with a preference to Wakefield, Edinburgh or Worcester. The Senior HR Administrator will manage the administration of the full employee life cycle and provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient HR support to the business and the team. The role will take the lead in the daily running of the HR information system, and to deputise for the Group HR Manager where required. In addition, the Senior HR Administrator will provide day to day support and guidance to the HR admin team, managing and delegating workloads as required to maintain efficiency and meet service level agreements.
