A leading care provider in Hatfield is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to oversee a modern facility. In this role, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional care, build strong relationships with residents, and ensure the home succeeds both as a community and a business. A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification and success in achieving high CQC ratings are required. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Salary: £67,844

We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Greenacres Care Home in Hatfield. This modern, 60-bed home, set in a peaceful residential area, is purpose-built to help residents live as independently as possible. With a Good CQC rating in all areas, Greenacres is ready for a leader who can take it even further.
As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Greenacres — guiding your team to deliver exceptional care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the home thrives as both a caring community and a successful business.
