Location: Greenacres Care Home, Hatfield, Hertfordshire

We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Greenacres Care Home in Hatfield. This modern, 60-bed home, set in a peaceful residential area, is purpose-built to help residents live as independently as possible. With a Good CQC rating in all areas, Greenacres is ready for a leader who can take it even further.

What we’re looking for:
  • Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
  • Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
  • Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
  • Above all, a compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care
