Job summary
A leading educational agency in Saffron Walden is seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to deliver structured learning sessions and support children's development. As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will work in a caring environment, fostering independence and promoting wellbeing. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification and strong communication skills. The role is full-time, with a daily pay rate of £85 – £115.
Qualifications
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Must demonstrate commitment to supporting children's holistic development.
- Enhanced DBS check is required or willingness to apply.

Are you an experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready to inspire young learners every day? GSL Education is seeking passionate and reliable Level 3 Practitioners to join a caring and supportive primary setting in Saffron Walden.
The Level 3 Practitioner will play an essential role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Working closely with teachers and other staff, the Level 3 Practitioner will support learning, play, and emotional development through engaging activities and tailored guidance.
