Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge? A small, supportive Alternative Provision in Solihull is seeking a strong and proactive HLTA to join their dedicated team.

About the Role
  • Working within a secondary alternative provision setting with small class sizes
  • Supporting students with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Delivering and covering core subjects (English, Maths, Science) in the absence of teachers
  • Promoting a positive learning environment and modelling calm, consistent behaviour management
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet students’ individual needs
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified HLTA or an experienced TA confident in covering whole classes
  • Strong behaviour management and resilience in working with challenging behaviour
  • Ability to teach and support core subjects confidently
  • A caring, adaptable and team-focused approach
