WELLBEING SUFFOLK** Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Qualified)

Wellbeing Suffolk is one of the top ranked NHS Talking Therapies services in the country and we are proud of the support our service provides in improving people’s lives. People are at the heart of what we do and make our organisation a great place to work – providing mental health support to anyone aged 16 or over in Suffolk.

Due to our ongoing success and the continued demand for our services, we are expanding our team and looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join us.

This is an exciting time to join us as our expansion gathers pace and we continue to build a highly skilled multi‑disciplinary team with a focus on professional development.

You’ll already be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, experienced in delivering quality clinical sessions to clients and keeping up to date with advances in psychological therapies. Our PWPs work within the stepped‑care model, in accordance with NICE guidelines and approved clinical interventions.

This award builds on existing strengths to deliver the new model launched agreed in September 2024, so it is a very exciting time to be joining the service.
