What you will do:

• Conduct assessments for young individuals experiencing mental health crises, often within local acute hospitals in Great Yarmouth.
• Develop and implement safety plans to ensure a secure discharge process.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, including children’s services, when necessary.
• Provide oversight and supervision to Band 4 staff members as needed.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to caseload reviews.

As a successful applicant, you will need to be comfortable with driving, as the role may require travel. Your skills will be pivotal in shaping effective crisis interventions, providing therapeutic support, and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.
