After School Wrap Around Lead Practitioner Required in our footprints@kingskids After School Club
Hours: 15 hours per week, Sefton term time only – (Monday to Friday 2.50pm to 5.50pm)
Permanent Position; Pay: £15.68 per hour inclusive of annual leave allowance

We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Kings Kids after school club team! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wraparound Lead to oversee and manage the club’s daily operations and to continue developing it as an excellent local service. A level 3 early years qualification is very desirable for this post.

The club provides after school care for children aged 2-11. The club offers exciting and fun activities for children, in order to asset working and other parents.

You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are met and have experience working in an early years or after school environment.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • To lead and manage the club’s day to day operations.
  • Protect and promote the health and well-being of children.
  • Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
  • Promote positive relationships.
  • Support children’s learning and development through play.

The successful applicants will meet the person specification. An enhanced DBS and other checks will be undertaken.

Although a level 3 early years qualification is highly desirable, we will accept applications from candidates without this if they have suitable experience.
