A local educational trust in Ixworth is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Intervention Lead. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £23,263.70 - £25,691.82 pro-rata.

Salary: £23,263.70 - £25,691.82 (including holiday pay) (Pro Rata) (£28,598 - £31,022 per annum FTE)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Term Time Plus one week

As an Intervention Lead you will be expected to lead and deliver a high-quality personalised learning provision for a range of learners across the 4 broad areas of need. Interventions on a 1-2-1 and small group basis are essential to ensure that all students thrive and make progress from their individual starting points.
