Job summary
A leading real estate firm in London is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to manage industrial estates across the Midlands and South of England. The ideal candidate has an MRICS qualification and at least 3 years of experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector. This role offers the chance to deliver significant impact in a trusted company with millions in assets under management and active global transactions.
Qualifications
- MRICS qualification preferred with 3+ years PQE.
- Experience with fund reporting, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
- Valid UK driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multi-let industrial estates.
- Drive value through proactive asset management strategies.
- Conduct tenant negotiations and reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of multi-let industrial estates across the Midlands and South of England,
driving value through proactive asset management strategies, lease events, refurbishments,
tenant negotiations, and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- MRICS qualification (preferred) with 3+ years PQE
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with fund reporting, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- A motivated, detail-focused team player
- Experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector
- Valid UK driving license
