  • Produce and oversee content and creative assets that communicate strong, conversion‑driven messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring performance is tracked and optimised through analytics and testing.
  • Support new product launches and brand initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to align marketing strategy to commercial priorities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, promoting accountability, innovation, and data‑led decision‑making.
  • Build productive relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver consistent, impactful campaign execution.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CIM or IDM qualification strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B campaign management within fast‑moving, transactional sectors such as insurance, fintech, SaaS, professional services, or technology.
  • Track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
  • Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe suite).
  • Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Creative, analytical, and commercially astute, able to balance innovation with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with the energy, precision, and leadership style to influence at all levels.
