We are now looking to bring on board an experienced Head of Marketing to drive our marketing initiatives forward. You will take ownership of our strategy and bring a passion for digital and emerging technologies, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

In this role, you will be expected to strengthen our brand across all touchpoints, from digital channels to events, both in the UK and overseas. You will lead our B2B marketing efforts, manage our social media presence, PR, content, and online marketing campaigns, and will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency of output throughout all marketing channels.

Key responsibilities
  • In partnership with our CEO, develop a targeted, measurable long-term marketing plan and define budget priorities to support it
  • Take responsibility for SmartFrame’s marketing channels (website, email, social media, PR and events) to execute on your plan, while always ensuring tangible and measurable ROI outcomes for the business
  • Develop and amplify SmartFrame’s brand and voice, ensuring a strong and consistent message and style across all channels, collateral, and campaigns
  • Design and implement SEO, AI optimization, and content marketing strategies in conjunction with our in-house product and technology teams
  • Build and deliver a model for top‑of‑funnel lead generation across publishing and advertising markets

  • Manage our in-house design and copywriting teams, and grow our marketing team as required
  • Work with our product, development, and operations teams on the introduction of new products and customer segments to our website
  • Plan and coordinate events, including collateral, merchandise, and logistics, in collaboration with key business stakeholders
  • Set, track, and manage annual and quarterly budgets for the marketing team
What we expect from you
Essential
  • Experience in the photography, ad tech, or publishing industries
  • Proven marketing experience in a fast‑growth, innovative company
  • A demonstrable track record of building a brand
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, SEM, GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM software
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Solid team management, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong familiarity with product marketing tactics (for example, integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Proven track record of meeting quality lead generation targets for sales teams
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fluid, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial and results‑oriented culture
  • The ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines
