A renowned British retailer is seeking an HR Manager to support core HR services, focusing on employee relations and talent engagement. The role involves coaching managers and leading projects to enhance HR processes. Ideal candidates will have retail HR experience and a CIPD qualification, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Manager to join a renowned British retailer.
As the HR Manager you will support the delivery of the core HR services of recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance management, projects and policy development.
There is a strong focus of Employee Relations supporting the stores on a daily basis with ER cases - however from this there will be proactive action required in terms of store visits, coaching managers, hosting region training virtual calls and looking at ways to support the stores in reducing the level of ER cases through proactive action.
The role will also support the Talent team through attracting, engaging and retaining the best. There should also be a strong focus on projects looking for ways to improve HR processes and initiatives for retail.
