Shifts: 4-on / 4-off rotation, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Start Date: Immediate start available
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our client based in Ashington on a Temp to Perm basis! The role is working 4-on-4-off for a Food Production Company.
- Preparing and lining oven trays with care and accuracy
- Handling and transferring baking trays safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic working environment always
- Cutting and finishing baked products to exacting standards
- Applying hand-finishing techniques to ensure product quality and presentation
- Labelling and dating items correctly for dispatch
- Packaging goods securely to meet delivery requirements
- Reporting any machinery faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- 4-on / 4-off shift rotation
- Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Ongoing temporary assignment with potential for long-term opportunities
- Reliable transport is essential due to the location not being served by public transport
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or factory settings is beneficial but not essential
