Remote Event Coordinator for Growth Marketing & Events
Job summary
A leading global food safety organization is seeking an Event Coordinator to drive event planning for the Technical Services division. This role focuses on managing events to create sales opportunities, requiring 2-4 years of event management experience and strong project management skills. The candidate should also be familiar with B2B marketing and marketing automation platforms, along with basic CRM knowledge. This position is remote and reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of event management experience.
- Demonstrated skills in project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and run events based on the strategy developed.
- Handle communication with sales teams and manage event timelines.
- Collaborate for messaging and materials.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations.
- Maintain metrics across events.
