You will be responsible for helping our CEO organise a conference in the UK in February.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing providers – transfer companies, lighting and sound companies, DJs, F&B companies, caterers, etc.
  • Organising transfers for attendees of the show to and from the airport and during the show.
  • Finding IT solutions.
  • Helping with the running of the show.
  • Sourcing factories to make badges, gift bags, banners, etc.
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in organising conferences.
  • Excellent IT skills to navigate organisation from another country.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel to attend the show (must be able to get a visa easily); costs will be covered.
