- Oversee the technical delivery of fire and security installations and commissioning
- Review and sign off BIM/CAD models, designs, and documentation
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks against UK regulations and standards
- Provide expert technical advice to clients, consultants, and project teams
- Support bids and tenders with technical knowledge
- Lead improvements in engineering processes and compliance
- 10+ years\' experience in fire, security, or construction industries
- Strong technical authority in fire and security systems
- Proven experience with BIM, CAD, and project oversight
- Deep knowledge of UK regulations (CDM 2015, HSW Act, BS5839, BS7671)
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and ability to obtain SC clearance
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification
- BIM Level 2+ or project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile)
- Experience with manufacturing or product engineering processes
- £45,000-£55,000 salary + bonus
