Bid Manager (Engineering / Sales Focus)
Location: Teal Park Rd, North Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 3QZ
Contract: 12-month rolling contract (potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid (3 days onsite)
Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Siemens Energy for an experienced Bid Manager to join their growing sales and tendering team in Lincoln.
This is not a procurement or supply chain role. Instead, it is a commercially focused position at the heart of the sales cycle - managing the end-to-end bid process from opportunity qualification (Go/No Go) through to project handover. You will ensure proposals are technically robust, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.
You will be part of Siemens Energy's UK sales organisation, a 15-strong team working on high-value, technically complex proposals.
