Are you a skilled engineer with leadership experience and a passion for driving operational excellence? Join a team as a Deputy Shift Engineering Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced process environment. In this key position, you will support the Shift Engineering Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all engineering activities during your shift. You will play a pivotal role in managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Shift Engineering Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of engineering activities during your shift.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to minimise production downtime.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve production targets.
