Overview

Join us in the evolving energy sector, focusing on gas-fired power generation, which ensures a reliable and sustainable energy mix. You will lead a project team responsible for delivering long-term maintenance agreements at power plants in the UK and Ireland, including the 9000HL gas turbine at SSE's Keadby power station.

Key Duties

• Lead the Major Project Management Team, fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Drive team transformation, promoting safety and inclusivity.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure financial and contractual compliance.

• Degree in engineering or a related field with a recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2).
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering services, especially in hardware supply or service contracts.
• Knowledge of power generation and large rotating equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and team leadership skills.
• Adaptability and motivation in a dynamic environment.
