  • Supporting transactions involving land assembly, infrastructure planning, and related land law issues.
  • Conducting due diligence and managing property portfolios related to energy and development schemes.
  • Liaising with planning consultants, surveyors, energy specialists, and other stakeholders as part of the wider project team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • NQ to 3 years PQE with a background in commercial property law, preferably with some exposure to development or energy-related work.
  • Strong drafting skills and a commercial, problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in the intersection of land, energy, and planning law.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently where appropriate.

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive team environment with genuine opportunities for progression.
  • High-quality, varied work with a focus on strategic growth sectors.
  • Ongoing training and development, with attendance at meeting and in person client contact where appropriate

As part of this role, you be given all the tools to succeed and can expect dedicated training, professional support and a host of benefits.
