A growing leisure management company in Bexleyheath is looking for a Trainee Duty Manager to ensure high standards of service and safety. This role offers rewarding experiences, career progression, and the opportunity to develop an exciting leisure programme. Ideal candidates should have first aid and lifeguard qualifications, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff. Qualifications
- Ideally, the candidate will have a First Aid at Work Qualification and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Desirable to have a recognized qualification in Leisure Management or related subject.
- Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization.
Responsabilités
- Ensure the highest possible standards of health and safety and customer care.
- Develop and promote an innovative leisure programme.
- Assume shift management responsibility for the Centre.
