Chef / Cook - All Levels - Belfast

• Work across a variety of kitchens, adapting to different styles and menus
• Support Head Chefs to deliver exceptional food and service
• Manage your own section, ensuring it's fully prepared and service-ready
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes with consistency and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout your shift
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Food Safety certification (Excel can assist with this if needed)
• Available for daytime shifts (Mon-Fri)
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
