Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work with department heads to optimize operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations including Opera and industry best practices.
