The Sales Director is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to continue driving growth strategy. The main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing sales operations, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and products/services.
- Develop and implement strategies to reach new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored proposals.
- Pitch sales and products effectively to both new and existing clients.
- Attend conferences and industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
- Create and work towards achieving sales forecasts.
- Experience in business development within manufacturing, ideally plastics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for sustainability.
- Ability to travel and spend at least three days a week out of the office.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Salary circa £50,000
- Bonus up to £6,000
