The Sales Director is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to continue driving growth strategy. The main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing sales operations, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and products/services.
• Develop and implement strategies to reach new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored proposals.
• Pitch sales and products effectively to both new and existing clients.
• Attend conferences and industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Create and work towards achieving sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in business development within manufacturing, ideally plastics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for sustainability.
• Ability to travel and spend at least three days a week out of the office.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
