A local food retailer in Carlisle is seeking a Subway Team Leader to oversee daily operations and provide excellent customer service. The role includes food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and be available on weekends. Responsibilities
- Prepare food including baking bread and cookies.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Audit standards.
- Provide customer service and maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Control stock and check in deliveries.
- Coach newer team members.
Skills
As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

We are looking for a team member to work 16-24 hours in our Shaddongate Subway store in Carlisle.

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service, and in a supervisory role is desirable. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required.
Must be available weekends.
- Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Customer service, till use and store cleanliness

- Checking in deliveries
- Coaching newer or less experiences team members
- Age 18-21 - £12.45ph
- Age 21 and over - £12.82ph
