Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Duty Manager for a large UK contractor, to oversee the daily running of a leisure centre, ensuring all facilities operate safely and efficiently.

What you'll do as a Duty Manager:

• Oversee daily running of leisure centre, ensuring all facilities run and operate safely
• Act as primary contact for any construction-related activities on site, coordinating with contractors
• Conduct regular building, poolside, and plant room inspections
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including safeguarding, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
• Supervise lifeguards, instructors, and general leisure staff
• Maintain safe pool operations in line with industry standards and centre policies
• Oversee operation of pool plant equipment, ensuring water quality is monitored and maintained to standards.
