Qualifications

  • Educated to Level 6 or equivalent working experience.
  • National Clinical Coding Qualification required.
  • Experience supervising and line managing colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Associate Clinical Coders and Accredited Clinical Coders.
  • Collaborate to achieve Key Performance Indicator metrics.
  • Ensure timely submission of codified data.

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Education
