We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide PA support to senior managers within Parks, Gardens, and Forestry & Arboriculture. This role also coordinates activities across three operational areas and their wider teams, ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day tasks, meetings, financial tracking, and key processes.
Organise and maintain diary commitments for senior managers, ensuring priorities are met.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally and confidentially.
Prepare draft responses and monitor progress of matters to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate projects and organise internal/external meetings and events.
Raise customer invoices and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records.
Support operational teams with equipment and record keeping.
Assist with reception duties and maintain filing systems, including archiving.
Proven experience in a PA or Team Coordinator role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Typing speed of 50 wpm.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
