An established insurance firm in London is seeking a Business Process Analyst fluent in Mandarin. This role involves analysing and enhancing business processes, supporting IT projects, and collaborating with both business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of process analysis experience and strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Formación
- 2-5 years in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
- Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- Involvement in process improvement and IT project delivery.

- Analyse and document insurance processes, identifying gaps and improvement areas.

We’re working with an established insurance firm in the City of London seeking a Business Process Analyst with fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin. The role supports key transformation projects by analysing and improving business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and bridging the gap between business and IT.
- Analyse and document insurance processes, identifying gaps and improvement areas
- Develop process maps and recommend optimisation strategies
- Gather and define business requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility
- Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Support and manage business-led IT projects from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions
- Track project progress and support alignment with business goals
- Monitor process KPIs and performance metrics
- Produce clear documentation for business and technical teams
- 2-5 years in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling
- Insurance sector experience preferred
- Involvement in process improvement and IT project delivery
- Proven ability to work across business and technical teams
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English are essential.
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills
- Confident with data analysis and visualisation tools
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, BPM, ISO 9001, or ITIL (advantageous)
