Logistics Service External Business Coordinator/Developer
- Monitor local business cooperation partners' service quality and KPIs daily.
- Analyze and collect local market intelligence; generate integrated analysis to support business decisions.
- Meet customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation; handle daily claims related to UK local operations.
- Support business development for local logistics resources; manage related processes and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics solutions with Europe and China teams, including procurement, IT, product, and customs services.
