Job title: Export Team Leader

Location: Royston - UK

The role:

As an Export Team Leader, you will help drive our goals by:

• Monitor and manage the deliveries due for all areas of the business. Communicate, expedite and escalate delays with shipping team, freight forwarders and procurement to ensure shipments are delivered on time in full.
• Develop a good working relationship with sales and operations teams.
• Ensure Export Control shipments are compliant with UK gov regulations, JM SOPS and documentation is retained.

• Lead and manage the activities of the UK Export Team

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role :

• Previous experience leading a team in a trade/shipping/export/logistics environment
• Understanding of international regulation for carriage of hazardous material
• Highly skilled in export and international trade environment
• Good understanding of customs formalities and procedures
