You will provide exceptional customer service, supervise the team, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. No prior experience is required, but strong communication skills and reliability are essential. The role offers competitive pay, free food on shift, and a supportive work environment.

- Must be available for 5 days per week.
Responsabilités
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Supervise and support Front of House team.
- Manage stock levels and inventory checks.
- Handle cashing up and opening/closing procedures.
Connaissances
Front of House Team Member. Location: Sanderstead, South Croydon. Hours: 5 or more days per week. Overtime: Available.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise and support the Front of House team during service.
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory checks.
- Handle cashing up, opening, and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards are always met.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a seamless experience.
- Friendly, bubbly, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Confident handling busy periods and leading by example.
- Must be available 5 days per week.
