Team Leader - Leaving Care
Bolton | Full-Time - 37.5 hours | 12-Month Fixed Term

Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact? Time Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to guide and inspire a team of Youth Support Workers across 6 semi-independent living services. Since 2002, we’ve supported young people aged 16-18 in their journey toward independence—and now, they’re growing!

Responsibilities
  • Lead with the team values: Everyone Matters, Inspire, Teamwork, Resilience, Excellence & Quality.
  • Manage a semi-independent living provision.
  • Supervise and develop Youth Support Workers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with young people and professionals.
  • Ensure safety, wellbeing, and personal growth of residents.
  • Handle audits, rotas, budgets, and team meetings.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
  • Support new business assessments and service development.
Benefits
  • Salary: £27,500-£28,500 (based on qualifications)
  • Sleep Rate: £55/night
  • Overtime: £15/hour
  • On-Call: £30/day + £50 for first hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm — flexible to suit your needs
  • Contract: Initially 12 months with a view to go permanent

  • Experienced in Team Leader roles in a supported living and care sector
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Confident with compliance and safeguarding current legislation

  • Preferably a driver with business insurance
  • Qualified in Children & Young People (leadership qualification desirable)
