Your objectives:

• Resolve customer inquiries and exceed expectations.
• Serve multiple clients using standard procedures.
• Manage transactions efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

• Achieve personal and store sales goals based on KPIs.

• Maintain store appearance per company standards.
• Organize stock and accessories rooms.

• Open and close the store as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks.

What you need to succeed:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or tailoring.
• Experience in tailoring is essential.
• Training experience is a plus.
• Additional languages are desirable.
