Do you enjoy speaking to customers daily and assisting with their queries? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work in a busy inbound call centre.
No prior experience is necessary, but confidence on the telephone is essential. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition into an office environment after working in Retail or Hospitality, with previous customer service experience.
You will be speaking to customers booking holidays, making calls pleasant and engaging. Enjoy helping customers make the right choices.
The role requires you to drive, as it is based just outside Towcester, near Milton Keynes.
The Role
- This is a Temp to Perm position, becoming permanent after 12 weeks.
- Salary is £12.21/hour, increasing after probation to £12.98/hour (approx. £27,000 annually).
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
