Do you have a Transport/Logistics background? If so, we are looking for a positive, energetic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's already established team.
The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will be to provide and promote a professional, customer-focused service to ensure customer needs are satisfied and a first-class service is delivered and promoted.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally, and handle customer queries effectively. Prior experience in transport, warehousing, customer service, and technical knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
