The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional service and offering guidance on a range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
  • Recommend suitable banking products and services tailored to individual needs.
  • Support and promote digital and self-service banking options.
  • Carry out transactions accurately, adhering to all compliance and control procedures.
