We are Polaris, one of the UK’s largest communities of children’s service providers. We work with independent fostering and adoption agencies, Leaving Care services, Education, Residential Care, and bespoke children’s services contracts. Our community is dedicated to supporting the best outcomes for children in our care, with a focus on their futures.

You will handle a high volume of enquiries, building rapport with potential Foster Parents. Your role involves guiding applicants through fostering benefits, initial screening, and highlighting transferable skills. You will provide additional information and respond to queries promptly. We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication skills over phone and Live Chat, who is enthusiastic, lively, and relationship-oriented. A background in sales is advantageous.

• Attentive listening skills
• Teamwork and communication abilities
• IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM recording
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and adapt to business needs
• Customer Service experience is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of fostering or the fostering sector is a plus but not required
